WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I’VE MADE A PAYMENT?
You will receive an email from hello@litelok.com, confirming the order you’ve placed with us. The confirmation email contains important information such as your order number, order details and shipping address. Please keep this email safe.
Once the order has been dispatched, you'll receive another email from us informing you of this. This email will contain your tracking information from DHL.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

Yes we do!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
UK shipping costs £6.99 for next working day delivery unless otherwise stated. We also offer a free 3-5 day standard delivery service.
HOW WILL MY PRODUCT BE DELIVERED TO ME?
We use reliable courier services to quickly and professionally deliver your LITELOK.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I‘M NOT HOME?
A card will be left by the courier with instructions on redelivery unless you have informed DHL that you would like your parcel to be left in a specific place.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please supply a full address and postal code when you place an order.
DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO?
No we don’t.
WHERE IS MY ORDER, CAN I TRACK IT?
Once your item is out for delivery, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code from DHL. Please go here and enter your tracking code to check the status of your delivery.
DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL
Will I have to pay any customs duty / import tax to ship it to the U.S?
Generally, no. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have raised the value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day, that generally may be imported free of duties and taxes, up to $800. Packages whose declared value is under $800 ($100 if being sent as a gift to someone other than the purchaser) will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP. Which countries do you deliver to?
Almost every country in the world with the exception of the Russia, Belarus and China - apologies but we have experienced a number of problems in the past shipping to these countries. If you are having trouble getting delivery to any different country, please contact us on hello@litelok.com and we will be happy to help.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies depending on your delivery address and will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
How will my product be delivered to me?

Once your item is out for delivery, the courier will email you directly with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.
