This is a great addition to portable security, this coupled with a disc and wheel lock should hopefully keep my bike safe.

I’ve used disc locks and heavy chains but the Litelok Moto Core really hits the spot. It allows me to lock my S1000XR up safely without anything being vulnerable to sledgehammer attacks. The bright wrap means it’s highly visible to put off would-be thieves. Buying it directly from Litelok meant for peace of mind and they sent me a free different coloured wrap. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I want to start with the service first.
I contacted the company with many questions regarding compliance with my insurance company's requirements.
The Lightlock is a beast that insurance companies in my country don't recognize, and it was difficult for them to understand whether the lock meets the definition of security equivalent to a 12mm bolted lock.
I received a quick, kind, and patient response.
I tried to upload a video review, but because of the page, it didn't allow it.
The lock itself:
Although I've only had it for two weeks, it looks like someone put a lot of care and attention into it in terms of design and manufacturing. The lock seems to be of high-quality construction, the quality control also seems good.
I really liked the Velcro and the option to remove the fabric cover for washing, the click lock, the little things make the picture very clear, someone sat down and thought about the needs of the users.
One drawback that is very important to note and that I didn't think about enough either, because the lock is round, the effective lock length decreases a lot, so from 1.25 I manage to get a lock length of about 80 cm.
If you don't need to secure the lock to a post or fence, this won't bother you, on the contrary it will make the entire locking process easier, for me it was a challenge because my motorcycle rests on a side jack and not a middle jack like on a scooter, which creates the need to move the front of the motorcycle away from the fence and on…

A little less flexible than I expected, but a good sturdy lock that has enough length to loop through a wheel and a around a post.
Can go around the waist for short journeys, or if no pillion passenger, will go safely secured between the back of the seat and a tail-rack.
Easy to use too.

I got this for my e-bike and it’s nice for locking up on the go in addition to or in place of my litelok X1 moto. It came with a carrying case to make it super portable. It’s pretty stiff, which I hope means it’s resistant to potential theft. I might grab another one to make it a bit longer

My Core Moto protects the bike steering lock from being broken by going around the engine bars to the fork leg, stopping the bikes steering lock from being broken, hampering any thieves form wheeling the bike away, along with my X3 through the front hub, disk & wheel, and my X1 as added protection through the rear wheel and break pivot arm.
These locks are so brilliant any attempt to angle grind all these will need about 10 disks and about 4 batteries…. Hopefully this will deter any attempts to take my bike.

Fantastic lock that's not only tough but portable too! It fits perfectly in my passenger seat bag ready for my trip to scotland soon. I've also added an X3 up front just to be 100% sure I'm giving a yone trying to steal my pride and joy a bloody hard time! Both are heavy duty but not too heavy and are easily portable on tours. And.... its orange!
