Isabelle recently got in touch to share her experience with an attempted theft of her €2,000 bike. She had taken every precaution, securing the bike to an official steel bike rack with two locks: the LITELOK X1 and an additional ABUS foldable lock.

"I left the bike outside of work. Which is a very busy area. And when I finished work, I noticed the little cut on the lock.
I’m very surprised that this happened in daylight in a kind of pedestrian area."
