LITELOK X1 MINI Moto is our lightest armoured D-lock and contains a host of clever design features that make it easy to use and carry so you can keep your motorcycle secure against the most determined bike thieves.
Lock Cylinder
X1 Mini features a high-quality lock cylinder which is durable and pick-resistant. The keyhole is protected from dirt, dust and moisture with our innovative self-sealing silicone keyhole cover.
Reflective Strips
All X1 locks are finished with Quartz White or Arctic Camo retro-reflective vinyl strips along the lock shackle and on the X's at each end. The reflective strips flash in headlights to keep you safe and seen.
Anti-Rotation
All X1 locks possess a unique anti-rotation feature protects against twisting attacks and single cuts. This means that to remove an X1 MINI, a thief would need to cut it twice.

X1 MINI Moto is our lightest and most portable grinder resistant motorcycle lock making it easy to carry in a back pack, panniers or under seat storage.

Tested against the best-selling D-locks on the market, LITELOK X1 Mini is at least 5 times more resistant to angle grinder cuts. Additionally, X1 Mini requires multiple discs to cut and due to its anti-rotation system, needs to be cut twice to remove.

Barronium®
Barronium® is a fused composite armour that offers unparalleled angle grinder resistance without adding extra weight. It is a super hard ceramic composite material that repels angle grinder attacks and turns the grinder's energy and force in on itself. Continuous cutting wears down the grinder discs, batteries and ultimately the grinder motor itself.

Can X1 MINI be cut with an angle grinder?
Unfortunately, all locks can be cut with the right tools and enough time. The exact time it takes depends on a number of factors like the power of the angle grinder, the type of discs used and the skill of the user. During our own and independent tests we found that X1 MINI is at least 5 times more angle grinder resistant than the current leading D-lock as well as needing multiple discs to cut it.
How much does LITELOK X1 MINI weigh?
LITELOK X1 MINI weighs approximately 1.48kg / 3.26lbs.
What's the difference between X1 MINI and X1 MINI Moto?
There is no difference between the Bike and Moto versions of X1 MINI. They are exactly the same locks. The reason why we differentiate them is to show how X1 MINI can be used as an effective security device for a variety of bicycles and motorcycles.
What is the locking circumference of LITELOK X1 MINI?
LITELOK X1 has a full-sized locking circumference of approximately 99.5mm x 137mm.
Can I attach LITELOK X1 to my bike?
LITELOK X1 MINI is compatible with our innovative X1 MINI Tactical mount for mounting the lock on your bike frame. The X1 MINI Tactical Mount fits a wide variety of bikes and e-bikes ensuring your LITELOK X1 MINI is held securely even the roughest of terrain.
X1 MINI is also compatible with the Restrap Holster.
Both of these carrying solutions are sold separately.
Has LITELOK X1 MINI been independently tested?
Yes, it has been thoroughly tested by independent testing bodies Sold Secure and ART. Both locks achieve Sold Secure Powered Cycle and Bicycle Diamond levels (the highest ratings available) and ART4.
(Note: Sold Secure is owned and administered by the Master Locksmiths Association (a not-for-profit trade association) and works from purpose built laboratories in the UK.

Our founder and CEO, Professor Neil Barron, supported by Innovate UK, worked closely with some of the world’s leading material scientists for over 5 years to develop Barronium®, our ground breaking angle grinder resistant technology.
What is LITELOK X1 MINI made from?
LITELOK X1 MINI is built with Barronium®, a patented anti-angle grinder material that is applied as a permanently fused composite armour, providing maximum cut resistance and protection from angle grinder attacks. The Barronium® layer repels angle grinder discs.
The X range comprises of three layers of protection:
1. A fine-grain, hardened high-tensile steel core providing inner strength against multiple tool attacks
2. Barronium® anti-angle grinder armour, permanently fused to the core to repel angle grinder discs
3. A plant-based eco-rubber outer layer is soft to touch, so it won't damage your frame.
What is the warranty?
LITELOK X1 MINI is sold with a 3 year warranty to provide peace of mind and covers mechanical or operational faults through normal usage. The warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear. It is important to register your lock and keys with us so that in the event that you lose your keys, replacements can be ordered.
