Lock Cylinder
X1 PLUS features a high-quality lock cylinder which is durable and pick-resistant. The keyhole is protected from dirt, dust and moisture with our innovative self-sealing silicone keyhole cover.
Reflective Strips
X1 PLUS locks are finished with Quartz White or Arctic Camo retro-reflective vinyl strips along the lock shackle and on the X's at each end. The reflective strips flash in headlights to keep you safe and seen.

Tested against the best-selling D-locks on the market, LITELOK X1 PLUS is at least 5 times more resistant to angle grinder cuts. Additionally, X1 PLUS requires multiple discs to cut and due to its anti-rotation system, needs to be cut on both sides to remove.

It is a super hard ceramic composite material that repels angle grinder attacks and turns the grinder's energy and force in on itself. Is the LITELOK X1 PLUS angle-grinder resistant?
Yes. The LITELOK X1 PLUS is armoured with patented Barronium®, a composite material designed to significantly resist angle-grinder attacks by turning the grinder’s energy back against itself.
While no lock is completely unbreakable, independent and in‑house testing has shown that the X1 PLUS offers at least 5× more resistance to angle-grinder attacks than current leading D‑locks. This increases the time, effort, and noise required, acting as a strong deterrent in urban environments.
What is the advantage of using the CORE Plus 75 with the X1 PLUS?
The X1 PLUS and CORE Plus 75 are designed to work together to provide flexible, e-bike-specific security.
Use the X1 PLUS as your primary rigid lock when securing an e-bike frame to stands, anchors, or street furniture that a standard D‑lock may not reach. The CORE Plus 75 adds a wearable, flexible secondary locking option that’s ideal for securing wheels, accessories, or additional contact points.
Together, they allow you to double-lock your e-bike without carrying bulky chains, making them well suited to everyday use.

Both the LITELOK X1 PLUS and CORE Plus 75 are Sold Secure Bicycle Diamond certified, meeting the requirements of many e-bike insurance policies. Always check your insurer’s policy wording to confirm coverage.
Can I wear the CORE Plus 75 while riding?
Yes. The LITELOK CORE Plus 75 is designed to be worn around the waist while riding, making it an ideal solution for e-bike riders who want flexible secondary security without mounting additional weight to their bike.
The CORE Plus 75 fits waist sizes 28" (70 cm) – 41" (106 cm) and is comfortable for everyday commuting and utility riding.
How do I carry the LITELOK X1 PLUS?
The LITELOK X1 PLUS can be carried in a bag, in the supplied pouch, or mounted to your e-bike frame using the X1 Tactical Mount (sold separately).
The Tactical Mount provides a secure and practical way to carry the lock on heavier e-bikes, keeping it stable while riding.
Has LITELOK X1 PLUS been independently tested?
Yes, it has been thoroughly tested by independent testing bodies Sold Secure and ART. Both locks achieve Sold Secure Pedal Cycle Diamond (the highest ratings available) and ART4.
(Note: Sold Secure is owned and administered by the Master Locksmiths Association (a not-for-profit trade association) and works from purpose built laboratories in the UK.

No. This bundle is not keyed alike.
The LITELOK X1 PLUS and CORE Plus 75 each come with their own set of keys, allowing each lock to be managed independently.
What is the warranty?
Warranty is applied per individual lock in the bundle:
- LITELOK X1 PLUS: 3‑year warranty
- LITELOK CORE Plus 75: 1‑year warranty
Both warranties cover mechanical or operational faults arising from normal use. Cosmetic wear and tear is not covered. We recommend registering your locks and keys so replacements can be ordered if required.
