I misplaced one of my original keys and I didn’t want to be without a spare. I really don’t ever want to be in a position where I have to cut this lock.
I ordered two keys. It took a couple weeks to get them, no problem, and when they arrived there were four. A few days later I received another LITELOK package with four more. So, I have a lifetime supply, though I don’t really need them all.

I bought his lock for my BMW GSA and love it. It feels super well made, isn’t too heavy or cumbersome like a traditional chain and lock so easy to carry on the bike and threads through the front wheel and disc perfectly. I find I use it all the time because it’s so convenient quick and easy. Very happy with this lock.

Super ....... it would-be great if the key supplier could supply keys as quickly as you can supply new locks !
But ...... so good to have registered keys and to know that fresh keys are available without fuss ... also so nice to deal with a company who really do want to support their customers after sales - not what is happening out there generally - sad to say.

Having purchased a LiteLok X1 I was extremely impressed with how well it worked, we moved house and like all things happen, I lost my keys. I went onto LiteLok, because I registered my look once it arrived originally, glad I did!! So ordering new keys was a doddle, the new keys arrived within a couple of weeks, which I was happy with as it saved me buying a new look. Thank you LiteLok five star service and company!?!

Big kudos for Lite,lok for keeping the codes and the key replacement is a perfect match, was expecting one but got two so even better. They are expensive but I do get it, the only down point is that it takes a month to get them. I had lost a whole fob and I use two gold standard on this bike and the other company got me the keys in a week.
The lock itself is amazing (if anyone reading this is interested, gives me complete peace of mind as had angle grinder attack and both locks just had a bit of cosmetic damage but also means I am paranoid about the keys because when this is locked it’s staying locked and so is the bike!)

Nice to be able to order the spare keys that I needed direct from Litelok, but the service is incredibly slow - weeks! Loss of one star on that basis alone.
