Is the LITELOK X3 Moto angle-grinder resistant?
Yes. The LITELOK X3 Moto is armoured with patented Barronium®, a composite material engineered to significantly resist angle-grinder attacks by turning the grinder’s energy back against itself.
While no lock is completely unbreakable, extensive in‑house and independent testing has shown that the X3 offers at least 20× more resistance than current leading D‑locks. It also requires multiple cutting discs and batteries to defeat, dramatically increasing time, effort, and noise — a critical deterrent for motorcycle theft.
What is the advantage of using the CORE Moto with the X3 Moto?
The X3 Moto and CORE Moto are designed to work together to provide layered, motorcycle-specific security.
Use the X3 Moto as your primary high‑security anchor for the frame or major structural components. The CORE Moto adds a flexible secondary locking option, ideal for securing wheels, additional contact points, or for extending reach around larger objects.

What’s the difference between the LITELOK X3 and X3 Moto?
There is no physical or technical difference between the LITELOK X3 Bike and X3 Moto. They are exactly the same lock, built using the same materials, construction, and security technology.
The Bike and Moto naming is used purely to indicate intended use and certification context. The X3 Moto is positioned specifically for motorcycle use and is independently certified Sold Secure Powered Cycle Diamond, while the lock itself remains unchanged.
What is the locking circumference of LITELOK X3?
The LITELOK X3 has an internal locking space of approximately 99 × 195 mm / 3.89 × 7.67".
This full‑sized internal aperture, combined with the X3’s thick, reinforced construction, makes it suitable for securing motorcycle frames, wheels, and substantial fixed anchoring points commonly used in higher‑risk environments
Has LITELOK X3 been independently tested?
Yes, it has been thoroughly tested by Sold Secure and both locks achieve Sold Secure Powered Cycle and Pedal Cycle Diamond levels (the highest ratings available). It has also been tested by ART, and certified ART4.

The X3 is surprisingly small....Yes I did measure it out but it is smaller that I imagined and doesn't really fit over either of my bikes back wheels and barely fits over the front. I use it as a glorified disc lock when out and about, through the disc and a spoke and use my X1 to attach to something solid. Still I guess it does the job and is lighter than most.

Locks are of very high quality, thankfully they havent been put to the test yet!! X3 lock only just fits over front tyer on my Multistrada V4. Core Moto 150 nicely locks the front wheels on my Niken.
