Lock Cylinder
X1 PLUS features a high-quality lock cylinder which is durable and pick-resistant. The keyhole is protected from dirt, dust and moisture with our innovative self-sealing silicone keyhole cover.
Reflective Strips
X1 PLUS locks are finished with Quartz White or Arctic Camo retro-reflective vinyl strips along the lock shackle and on the X's at each end. The reflective strips flash in headlights to keep you safe and seen.

All LITELOK CORE PLUS bike locks are supplied with a set of easy to use frame mounts. Adjustable hook and loop straps ensure it will fit most frame shapes and sizes, whilst the rubberised strap prevents damage to your much loved bike. The simple click and hold design makes mounting and un-mounting super easy, secure and hassle free.

Can X1 PLUS be cut with an angle grinder?
Unfortunately, all locks can be cut with the right tools and enough time. The exact time it takes depends on a number of factors like the power of the angle grinder, the type of discs used and the skill of the user. During our own and independent tests we found that X1 PLUS is at least 5 times more angle grinder resistant than the current leading D-lock as well as needing multiple discs to cut it.
What is the advantage of using the CORE Plus 125 with the X1 PLUS?
The X1 PLUS and CORE Plus 125 are designed to work together to address the unique locking challenges of cargo bikes.
Use the X1 PLUS as your primary rigid lock when you need extended reach for large frames, thick bike stands, or bulky street furniture. The CORE Plus 125 adds significant locking length, making it ideal for securing long‑wheelbase cargo bikes, multiple contact points, or additional components.
Together, they provide flexible, multi‑point security where shorter or more compact locks may not be sufficient.
Is this bundle suitable for cargo bikes and high‑value e-bikes?
Yes. This bundle is specifically well suited to cargo bikes and larger, high‑value e-bikes.
Both the LITELOK X1 PLUS and CORE Plus 125 are Sold Secure Bicycle Diamond certified, making them suitable for meeting the requirements of many insurance policies. Always check your insurer’s policy wording for confirmation.
Can I wear the CORE Plus 125 while riding?
No. The CORE Plus 125 is not designed to be worn while riding.
Due to its extended length, the CORE Plus 125 is intended for securing larger frames and objects rather than on‑body carry. Most cargo-bike riders transport it on the bike, in a bag, or use it primarily for locking at fixed locations such as home, work, or longer stops.
How do I carry the LITELOK X1 PLUS?
The LITELOK X1 PLUS can be carried in a bag, in the supplied pouch, or mounted directly to your bike frame using the X1 Tactical Mount (sold separately).
The Tactical Mount provides a secure and practical way to carry the lock, even on heavier cargo bikes and uneven riding surfaces.
Has LITELOK X1 PLUS been independently tested?
Yes, it has been thoroughly tested by independent testing bodies Sold Secure and ART. Both locks achieve Sold Secure Powered Cycle and Bicycle Diamond levels (the highest ratings available) and ART4.
(Note: Sold Secure is owned and administered by the Master Locksmiths Association (a not-for-profit trade association) and works from purpose built laboratories in the UK.

Are the locks in this bundle keyed alike?
No. This bundle is not keyed alike.
The LITELOK X1 PLUS and CORE Plus 125 each come with their own set of keys, allowing each lock to be managed independently.
What is the warranty?
Warranty is applied per individual lock in the bundle:
- LITELOK X1 PLUS: 3‑year warranty
- LITELOK CORE Plus 125: 1‑year warranty
Both warranties cover mechanical or operational faults arising from normal use. Cosmetic wear and tear is not covered. We recommend registering your locks and keys so replacements can be ordered if required.
